2. I will conduct interviews with a diverse range of teachers to dive deeper into specific challenges they face in our classroom.

3. I will engage with our Teacher's Union to gather data on collective concerns and resource requests from teachers. 

4. I will use Teacher Union's feedback to shape resource allocation that aligns with teachers' needs.
