Our community will be empowered through the following three key areas:

1. Parent and Community Feedback: I will seek feedback from parents and community members on resource gaps that affect teaching and learning.

2. Address Enrollment: I will seek to identify the root causes for lower enrollment rates impacting our school district, including conducting exit interviews with those who have left our district. 

3. Mentoring: I will seek to expand our mentorship programs.
